How to make delicious Kaju ki Kheer at home
This is a simple but wonderful recipe that can be made by anyone. There are only few basic ingredients, and does not require too much earlier preparation.
What you will need – the ingredients
- Full Cream Milk – 2 cup
- Sugar – 6 tbsp
- Cashew-nut – 1/4 kg
- Badam / Almond – few pcs
- Pista – few pcs
- Saffron – few
- Cardamom (Elaichi) – for taste
- water – 1/4 cup
The cooking method
Boil the milk and while heating add sugar to the milk.
Grind the cashew nuts with some water and make it fine paste.
Add the cashew nut paste to the boiling milk, Boil until the cashew paste is cooked well.
Now along with a few pieces of kaju, crush few badam and pista.
Add broken 5cardamon to the milk before you turn off the flame.
Add saffron as a final step to the mixture.
Refrigerate this kheer for 10 minutes before serving
